What are these bumps above my lip (like herpes)?

Ya I get the tingling feelin sometime and then I get those bumps that look like cold sores.. But… I don’t know how I got it???… I had chicken pox as a child I don’t know if thats why. . But I mean I’ve kissed a girl since then but they never had an outbreak.??? Even tongue kissing. .and they never had an outbreak?!? So… How did I get it???

Sorry to tell ya but you have herpes and you need to get to a doc asap be4 your balls fall off!!!…Naw Im just playin with ya…it prob just a cold sore they come…and go…dont worry gezzsh…

It does sound like a cold sore - which, technically, is herpes. You’re likely carrying the virus.
