study, pay attention in class, take lots of notes and ask for help if you don’t get something.If worse comes to worse get a tutor.

Maybe get a private tutor, i dont know your financial situation, but I’m sure you could get someone at your school, maybe an upper class men to help you out, i failed a few geometry/algebra two tests, and since i got to tutor i have gotten two 90’s and about 4 80’s. Don’t get discouraged, its only a few tests and if you are willing to, which it seems like, you can get past this hump if you work hard. Try, a few days before the test, looking thru the work and deciding what you dont know, then take all of that and make a mock test, with problems from the book, of make your own problems, then put the made up test away for a day or two and go back and take it (after you studied all of the info btw) and see how that goes. i have a problem with maths generally but more some subjects than otha’s but generally a tutor is a good idea. i really like my tutor so it makes it easy to let her help me with my maths. maybe you should try it

Usually you can set up time with your teacher to help you understand Algebra concepts. It is their job to TEACH you after all. I’, sure your teacher would be willing to help as long as you schedule a good time for the both of you.

I am also in algebra 1. I am having a little trouble too. The best way would be to look over your notes a lot and read out of the textbook. I don’t know about you but my teacher teaches right out of the txtbook.
