What is a good way to get my mind off the Ciggarettes?

Well, I started smoking heavily about 6 months ago.

I smoke Dunhill Red and Winfield Blue

I’ve been offered to start trainning for soccer professionally & I need to quit the Ciggarettes.

I tried the patch and it was bullshizzle cause everytime I think about it or feel it or look at it I’m like CIGGY!!

I tried quitline. they’re anal.

I tried going cold turkey lasted 2 days.

I got my tongue pierced they said don’t smoke with it for 2 weeks. I went outside and had a smoke.

I REALLY DON’T NEED THIS, is there ANYTHING that can replace ciggarttes and won’t kill me in the short/long term.

You just have to have a lot of will power. You’ll think about very often but it’s just a craving & it passes.. you can do it!

13 and addicted to smoking? Wow that’s fucked up. With your hormones and being so young/immature won’t help. Neither do you seem intelligent or willful enough to control your thoughts. Anyways there is one simple thing I can tell you:

You just have to take a stand and not do it. People have all sorts of things they use to distract themselves from it but the main thing is if you want to stop, you’re the one that has to prevent yourself from smoking. No matter what you try you will still have the urge to smoke, you have to learn to tell yourself NO. If you can do that you can successfully quit otherwise you can’t.

If it’s an option you could look into joining a group that helps you quit.

eat cheeseburgers and chipotle food, ull instantly forget anything else in the world

Wrap your pack of cigarettes in a whole bunch of plastic wrap and top it with a million rubber bands. Then when you want a cigarette, you will have time to think about the mistake you’re making before taking off all of the stuff.
