Why do I have a terrible memory..?

So my earliest memory was when I was 8 years old.. My parents said that my family and I went on a big trip when I was 7, and I don’t remember a thing.. And now, the memories are getting more faint. I had a conversation with someone, and I don’t remember most of it. And then I would write a poem, have it in my journal, about two weeks later I could look through it and not even remember writing it. Or I can barely remember last week and what I did. What’s happening? I don’t get any headaches, I also didn’t have a head injury either.. Is this normal?

lmao!!! I can tottaly relate!! I’m starting to become like that too!! and I’m just assuming it’s perhaps cause you’re a busy person, if you’re always occupied and perhaps stressed… you tend to forget things, cause they just don’t occur to mind so often that you remember them.

Well, some people do have poor memories, but that does seem a little extreme.

Are you eating properly? Lack of certain vitamins and minerals can cause short term memory loss.

Answer #3

actually yeah, I thought it was because of low blood pressure or something..?
