The one last week? (Season 4)?

Well this kid came in stuck in cement. He sat in it to prove his love to this girl who is in the waiting room making fun of him with her friends. It’s sad but they get him out eventually. Dr. Torrez (Callie) starts to think about being true to herself when she talks to the girl, and finally begins to admit her feelings for Erica (Dr. Hahn). Alex Karev’s girl, Ava/Rebecca, goes nuts and tries to kill herself. Izzie admits her to psych and Alex gets mad at Izzie, but eventually wants to have sex with her to fill the void. Meredith and Derek lose 12 patients in the trial before getting it right, and finally save 1. They miss each other over and over with the champagne until the end of the episode, when they have a kiss (finally). Sheperd leaves Meredith standing there until he can talk to Rose and break it off with her. Oh! And Meredith’s sister breaks into the Chief’s office and memorizes the resident’s files, finds out George failed the exam by 1 point and he gets to retake it. Speaking of the Chief, his wife finally lets him back in the house.
