What happened in the last season of a secret life a american teenager I missed like every epsiode of that season and would really like to no since they dont show it on tv please

I have news! they are gona have a marathon for the show on sunday the 3rd starting at 7 am/ 6c so depending on where you are=)…itll continue on monday at 11am…watching it is obviously better than me telling you about it…bt if you still want me to I will..let me know..hope this is some help.=)
