What do you think about the Dexter season 4 finale?

I like this show, but I’m not happy with the ending of this season, they shouldn’t take Rita off she was so sweet character Dexter had a lovely family with her. What do you think of the finale of season 4 tell me please thank you.

as much as my heart sank seeing rita dead in the tub and harrison sitting in a puddle of blood- the conclusion was inevitable- if you are a predator sooner or later you will meet a more cunning and dangerous predator- sometimes the hunter becomes the hunted. this is where the story line had to go, how much longer could dexter keep his secret from rita and the kids? his time was being consumed by his new family life and it was becoming nearly impossible for him to act on his urges. the death of rita solved many of the problems in dexters life and even gave him an excuse for when he was being investigated by quinn . as sad as it was to see- it was the only place the story could go- once dexter was fully moved in with rita and the kids- family man- no more serial killer killer.
