What does my boyfriend's dream about the devil mean?

It was just a nightmare, it freaked him out, he shared it with you, now you are freaked out. Did he perchance watch the horror movie “Drag me to Hell” recently? Dreams are just a way for our brains (that never shut off until we die) to process information that it has received throughout the day, week, month, year, etc. Sometimes they have meaning and sometimes they dont, sometimes they reflect our desires, and sometimes they dont. In this case (and I am good at dream interpretation) your boyfriend has a fear of losing you, but to what or to whom he is not sure, hence the controlling you and the mysterious shadow dragging you away.

Dont sweat it honey, there is nothing horrific or terrible going to happen to either of you, that only happens in the movies. ;)

He’s had it before, but only once and a long time ago. He talked to his dad about it and he had the same thing aswell as his granddad (and they all got that nightmare in the same house) Kind of scary.

if it’s only once it might just be a nightmare, but if it’s happening over and over he probably has some kind of mental diseases adn could be dangerous

Sometimes it can be nightmares, and sometimes it can be he is doing something in real life that triggered that thought, or it could just be a fear. Make sure you keep him comphy, and just pray with him. Some people get embarrassed and stuff when they pray out loud, but don’t be embarrassed in front of God. God will be with him and watch over him. I hope this helps.
