What do you think a leader should all be?

I did a test on this 2 weeks before we went on break.

-Someone who is able to guide a crowd in the right direction -Won’t hesitate to take action when needed to -Can show someone where to go when they’re lost -Able to work with anyone, no matter what their attitude is -Someone who has a real heart and is not a fake -Can take control and maintain a crowd -Can give clear instruction to whoever needs it -Help others when nobody else is around to help them

A leader is someone who puts others before themselfs, who is caring and who is willing to fight. A leader is someone who even when things turn out wrong he dosent give up. Someone who is an example to the rest of us, a pearson that we most look up to. Some one whit intregety, someone who respects others but also his or herself. Someome one who is willing to go an extra mile for everything.Someone who is hard working and get’s along whit everyone. Also someone who is able to step in somebody elses shoes and comprehend the things that are hard to understand. Someone who is not afraid to speak for what he or she believes in, that is outgoing, and that dosent expect anathing back when he or she does something good. Someone who does something because it comes from deep inside their heart.

The most important quality a leader can have is INTEGRITY. That is the characteristic of making the right decisions regardless of external influences. Are you immune to peer pressure? A great leader is. Also, you must have an ‘’alpha’’ presence. People can do three things, they can lead, follow, or stay out of the way. Where do you fit in this? Are you a follower (beta) a leader (alpha) or an outsider?

Morale helps too. If you show some personal sacrifice and consideration for your crew/squad they will understand that you are concerned for their health, safety, and sanity. This will cause them to operate with more devotion and loyalty. You are right with being honest and having ideas. You must think comprehensively (fast and thorough) so you can give orders that your people can understand and follow.

Firm and strong, doesn’t back down, openly listens to other peoples ideas and works with them to have one final outcome. Is always prepared, very outspoken, defends his/her respected colleagues or pupils, looks for the best in others and gives the best he or she has to give.
