I have a project due in soon and thought this would be a good way of getting some information for it, if as many as possible of you could help me then that would be great! By answering these questions you would be doing me a massive favour!

- On an average day, what do you eat? Breakfast- cheerios, banana, orange juice Lunch- grilled cheese on wheat bread (no butter) Dinner- grilled chicken, wheat pasta Snacks- english muffin pizzas, peanut butter crackers, granola bars, fruit
- Do you exercise regularly? If so, what do you do? Yea. 30 mins on the tredmill or 15mins on the elliptal and 10 mins on the bike/tredmill. Most of the time I lift weights after. Every other day I do weights on my arms and stomach then the other day I do weights on my lower body.

Lunch: small serving of Meat (usually pork steak or chicken) vegetables and water, sprite or lemonade
Dinner: Pasta or cream of mushroom soup with a very small serving of meat and sprite or lemonade
- Yes, I do excercize regularly, I usually run everyday in the morning (1 km) and I play lots of sports on weekdays more often when in school , usually soccer or basketball ( I play more when I’m in the school, but I still play often when I’m not at school) LOLZ, I’m fast… Hope this helps– <3

- breakfast - OJ and cereal, lunch - cheese sandwich, sometimes nothing and squash, dinner - normally some kind of meat or pasta, tatties (potatoes) and veg and squash. snacks - maybe a bowl of cereal in the evening and maybe a biscit in the afternoon, and lots of OJ
- exersize? yeah, a lot, train twice a week, I run twice a week, and I go to the gym once a week and workout daily
