What do I do if my parent is negligent towards my little sister?

I dont know what to do and I think that my mother is being negligent towards my little sister. I still stay in the same house with her but I am currently looking for my own place because I want to gain custody of my sister. Our mother leaves almost every night to who-knows-where and leaves nothing for me, my 5 year old sister, or my twin 16 year old brothers to eat or drink. My brothers are very intellingent and find ways of taking care of themselves but its hard being a 18 year old college student with no monthly income or car and having to watch out and take care of myself and a 5 year old.

why dont you speak to a college support staff im sure all colleges have one just ask if you could speak to someone for advice, maybe speak to social services they might be able to help sort something out for you so you can keep you sister and have your own place xx
