What do I do if he is being too pushy?

So I am with this guy and I went to his house yesterday. We are watching movies on his bed and we start kissing which is normal and fine. Then he starts to move his hands up my shirt. I’m hesitant about that and tell him to slow down. He says its okay and that I need to trust him. I try to let it go and he keeps going. He moves his hand up my shirt and then… well you know. Then we are laying there and he tries to put his hand down my pants. and I move it back up because im not like…ready for that so he puts his hand on my thigh and slowly moves up in between my legs. I keep moving his hand away. He keeps putting it there. He starts rubbing. I get kinda uncomfortable because of the feeling and pull his hand up and hes tells me that I dont trust him. He stops for a little bit then he takes my hand and puts it on him (if you know what I mean). I pull away and he asked me whats wrong. I told him its too fast. He said to just trust him. Each time he does this it gets hard and harder to get him to stop. Its freaking me out how do I tell him to slow down so that he will believe it?
