Your mother could have been better at her decision. Get a good lawyer. do not say a word. if they ask you a big question say I take the fifth. talk with your boyfriend’s mom and try to get her to cooperate. in the end from my perspective someone between you ,your boyfriend ,or your mother will do some time. I’d do anything to keep my mom out of jail

well since she is your mom im not sayin you should snitch on her but its kinda wrong fo her to be playin a part in you shop lifting. just this one incident can lead to you doing it again. I would thing ud most likey just be fined and banned from the store fo a while. if you go to juvie it wont b fo that long

With the amount you stole you are looking at the fine an probation.

I also agree if your mom is having you steal she is in fact an unfit mother. She is suppose to be teaching you right from wrong, not how to be a nuisance. Its stupid people who steal that raise the prices for all of us honorable people.

For god sake keep your mouth shut unless you want to be taken away from your mom and watch her go to jail. DO NOT TRUST THE AUTHORITIES! They are not your friends and they are not trying to help you. They are trying to make you and your mom statistics.

Just keep your mouth shut and say nothing at all. Even though you are not looking at serious charges personally, if you flap your lips, you may send your mom to jail. For that reason, you should probably get a lawyer.

I hope the court doesn’t find this thread for your sake. It’s a shame you have such a crappy mom though. Sorry about that.
