Diet Help

I really want to loose weight before highschool starts. But I’m having trouble sticking to my diets or getting enough exercise. Any dieting ideas? Or any ideas on how to distract myself?

I agree with alison4114 Eat 3 meals and have snacks in between so eat about 5-6 small meals a day have some whole grain, meat, dairy products and fruits and veggies limit your intake on junk food avoid them please and when yyou do lose weight you can enjoy them in moderation exercise for 1 hour everyday and I mean every single day but eat healthy. have a little bit of everything thats healthy. and drink 8-10 glasses of water daily too it will help you feel more full too

Well you need to stick to diets and get regular exercise atleast 60 minutes a day
