What causes my weight to go up and down?
One day I’ll be 118 lbs and the next I’ll be 121 then it will go to 123 and within the next couple days I’ll be down to 117. Is something wrong with me?
I wrestle and this happens to me all the time and I check my weight multiple times a day and supeeps is completly right you gain a lot of weight from eating thats why you might get these weird weight flunctuations. But it also has to do with water weight, you can lose this by just breathing (breathing excretes water vapor). Because of this I find that I usually lose a pound or two in my sleep.
It all depends on what you eat. Thats the main thing. exercising is the second most important. Are you eating well and exercising?
