does your weight go up and down?

I have a weight goal at the end of each week. I weigh myself everyday to keep track and even though I exercised and did good the other day when I weighed myself I was a pound heavier then the other day! Is this normal? Am just scared I won’t lose weight if my weight keeps going up and down..

Yeah it is… It all depends on how much you eat and then how much you burn off, and what intensity you do things as well as what weights you use ((if used))…

Eating more then you burn, or using heavier weights will cause you to gain muscle. ((and muscle weighs more then fat))

yes, its normal what you probably dont realise is that a lot of things will affect your weight especially if your constantly checking it when you eat, you gain that weight when you drink water, it goes on as water weight when yo go to the toilet, a bit of weight will come off when you exerscise you can loose weight but is you build muscle, muscle weighs more than fat so even if you loose fat, you gain weight because you gained muscle also some mediaction and the pill can affect your weight

Also you have to weigh yourself the same time every time to get an accurate reading, because your weight will fluctuate throughout the day.
