What can I eat to make my boobs bigger ?

Hey, I’m fourteen years old, and I recently became a vegan. I used to be a 34B and now I went down a whole cup size. I was wondering if theres any vegan foods I can eat to make my breasts grow back to their original size or more .

well what you can eat is lobster legs eat that a lot and about 2 weeks you’ll grow bigger boobs thats how I got there my boobs were b32 and I went up to a B36 . I’m 14 too .

I am amazed that she even explained how her boobs shrank and people are still gullible enough to believe diet has no impact. Meat contains various nutrients needed for your own hormone and breast development (and general development). Animal fat also contains xenoestrogens from concentrated pesticides, which mimic estrogen. But you don’t want anything that mimics estrogen during puberty, especially harmful xenoestrogens.

Eat tons of pumpkin seeds, maybe 1/2 cup ish per day, since that’s the only halfway decent source of zinc w/o meat; and even that’s so-so. Get plenty of calcium and iron from nuts and beans; preferably soaked in water overnight then rinsed, cooked, and/or take beano to help digest it. The raw form inhibits mineral absorption. Most nuts/beans tend to have iron. Some have calcium, especially sesame seeds. Some dark green veggies have calcium and iron too. B vitamins, vitamin C, E and selenium are also important. The nuts mentioned, plus various veggies and fruit should cover these and your health in general. Get 20 minutes of sunlight per day w/o sunblock (start slow if needed) to get all the vitamin D you need. All things mentioned are essential for your normal hormones and for development. I can’t say your normal development will be the same as what you got from the fake estrogen, but it’s the best you can do without harming yourself.

EDIT (general vegan stuff): Oh yeah, eating plenty of grain/bread/cereal foods with your nuts/beans should give you complete protein. Get a B12 supplement and use iodized salt or try seaweed. That plus the above should give you a fairly balanced diet overall.

the ONLY things that makes your breasts bigger are puberty if your not 18-21 they will reach there full size by around then surgery which usually makes them look fake and hard gaining a lot of weight all over your body which can make you unhealthy and pregnancy which will only temporarily make them big and also make them sag/droop more NO pills, creams, exercise, FOODS and other crap works to make them temporarily bigger use padded bras and push-up bras

There is no such thing as food that makes your breast grow. If you have lost weight then that may be why your breast have become smaller. You could put on a little weight but make sure to keep within a healthy weight range : ]
