What can I do to lose maximun weight within 2-3 weeks?

I want to lose like 19 pounds in 2-3 weeks. I already run a mile on my treadmill per day and do 100 crunches a night. And drink a lot of water. Anything else I should be doing?

Everyday do a 30mins run. (And don’t walk in between. If you do you only cheating yourself) Drink water instead of soft drinks. Do 5 sets of 25 situps Eat lowfat yogurt. Eat dry rasian instead of candy. Do 5 sets of 50 jumping jacks. For dinner have salad with no dressind and bake chicken. For breaskfast have Speacial K or Bagel with cream chesse with a class of orange jucie. For lunch have a fruit salad or a turkey sandwich. For snack have a Gornia bar. For dessert have jello.

Well cruches will make your abs stronger, they won’t really show them. Running is a great idea, more than a mile is easy to do just go at your own pace and if you’re feeling it for the day run fast. when you start to push yourself you’ll see results because if it’s too easy then you’re doing it but not getting results
