As for the late period, the only thing to do is get a prescription for Combined oral contraceptive pill…the one-a-day pill. Birth control. Not only will it decrease your chances of pregnancy (no, it won’t prevent it so that means you still have to use a condom), but it will also regulate your periods. Each pill has a different amount of drugs in it and as you get toward the 28th day, that amount will increase and will cause your body to do manually what it’s supposed to do automatically. As a teenager, this is actually quite common. As your body is still developing, your reproductive system lags a bit and you haven’t settled into a routine, yet. Normally, as you grow older, you should grow out of this. Your body, however, can be finicky. Sometimes it just won’t settle and you’ll need to talk to your doctor about other options if and when you’re ready to actually have kids of your own.

Just take a trip down to your doctor and talk to him/her about getting on birth control. That simple, for now.

you can take a test anytime. Trust me have 4 kids. My period was always messed up and there was nothing that help me regalate it until I got on the pills.
