late period or pregnant?

I was ment to start my period on the 19th of july but I haven’t. Yes I do have a boyfriend and when we do things such as well ‘hand play’ and ‘mouth play’ we always wash our hands before and after and use protection. But before my period was due we tried sex with protection but it started to hurt me badly so we stopped. One of the symptoms I get before my period is rashes and I have them now but they’re calming down. I’m just very worried about my period I dunno if it is late or if I am pregnant
