Can I get a check-up for my baby if my family doesn't support me?

I’m 16 and pregnant. I don’t know what to do. My mom’s throwing me out of the house because she’s ashamed that she hes a daughter like me. I’m against abortions, I think it’s very wrong killing an innocent child because of my mistake. My boyfriend is alright that I’m pregnant but what I really don’t know is if I want to get a checkup on my baby will that be possible? Because I want to have a healthy baby but my mom doesn’t want to talk to me anymore nor do any of my family members. What do I do?

Look into a home for unwed mothers …..try calling womens help line see if there is such a place where you live.

In the meantime go to a walk n clinic ask a doctor what steps to take and for him or her to recommend you to a doctor to monitor your pregnancy.

Find a place to live for now a older sister/aunt/someone who will take you in pack your personal belongings and if early into the pregnancy and you wish to keep the baby get a part-time job and all the money from this job put away for the baby you will need every penny!!!!!!!!you can try welfare if you have an address first …go to welfare and they will help support you if you dont have a job.

If you want to keep this baby you have to be grown up and responsible for a new life growing inside of you.

School/graduating/prom/friends/social life all gone…………….if you keep the baby your life will be changed no doubt.

Understand if you dont believe in abortion fine you can carry to full terms and give the baby up for adoption.

You ha ve some soul searching to do.

Go to someone at your school a gunidence counsler or someone and talk to a them about it the one that deals with the pregnant kids, and they will help you though all of this. Tell them your moms trying to throw you out, and you cant get a checkup on the baby but need one.

Wow that’s a big question.I 30yrs. old and had a baby when i was 27. I still wasn’t ready nothing can prepair you for a baby. If it happened to me at 16 i would not have the baby. abortions are sometimes the anwser. your soooo young your not ready not even your body. i mean iam just at 30 i started looking like a woman and actting like one. don’t give up on yourself now .finish grow up and you’ll will be a better mom that way and think about your life years from now.
