One in four pregnancies end in miscarriage. Maybe you’re just unlucky.

This webpage is very informative:

Answer #2

No…blood types don’t have any bearing on the ability to carry a child as far as I know…many people with differing blood types have normal pregnancies.

You might need to discuss with the doctor any genetic problems, but some women just have a difficult time carrying - I had three miscarriages, myself.

Answer #3

ectopic pregnancy - where the fertilized egg is getting lodged and developing in the fallopian tubes, this can lead to a misscarriage and is generally accompanied by very sharp pains in your abdomen, if your tube bursts it can cause serious internal hemorrhaging and is a serious condition for the the mother.

there are numerous other reasons for misscarriages, the fertilized egg not securing itself firmly enough in the uterus and eventually getting dislodged, obviously trauma to the mothers abdomen in the first trimester would cause misscarriages as well.

primigravidas (women going through their first birth) beneath the age of 20 are also more prone to misscarriages. talk to your doctor about your specific set of circumstances.
