I am flat broke and I need a way out so does anyone know what the current bankruptcy laws are? I am in a huge jam after my car got totaled without the GAP and 6000 left to pay on it.
I hated that car and I am glad it is dead. Now I need advice quickly. Can I claim bankruptcy if I am not working from a back injury?
looks like you over spend and pay way too much for retail.... start being smart about money... 6000 isn;t enough to declare bankruptcy...... you'll end up paying a lawyer 3000 to get throw the proceedure....... just go out and get a second job and pay; the debt off....... then get smart......criss
