What are some heathy foods for competive horsebackriders to eat?

Im like a competive horse back rider I do a lot of things with horse an I was woundering what I should eat to keep my figire and what exersizes I should do and I need to know them spusificully (srry speeled it wrong:()

Well, eat fruits and vegtables. Also, eat peanut butter and other foods high in protein because it helps build muscle. Fish is good as well. Run, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, and things like that. Also do lunges.
