what foods do I need to eat??

I’m 15 and 10st 3Ibs. I’m around 5ft 2In. I am back to school in 5 weeks and want to lose 2 stone. like 4 pounds a week. I know it is unhealthy but hey what the hell. so like what food shud I be eating??

like I am not going to eat proper meals I’m just gonna eat sandwiches and pasta and salads but I need to know like if they are the good foods to eat to lose weight. I know not to eat bread. what foods shud I be eating to lose 4 pounds a week?? I don’t want nobody telling me it is unhealthy because I really don’t care!!

Dont! you are lucky! I am 3 years younger than you and weigh that much! And im only 5’ 1”

am 13 and am about 5ft 2 too I thin I weigh 9 stone am not sure

well drink a lot of water! and exercise!! and well yeah eat salads or any food but small portions good luck!:)
