What are some exercises to lose my wide hips?

Im 13 and I have extremly wide hips. Evrything else is toned execpt for my hips. I feel very self cautious about them. So please please help me :)

I have wide hips with fat a bit of fat & that’s what I want to get ride of. When I put my Jeans on you can see the fat through the top that’s what I’m most contuse about.

yeh its true it’s about your bone structure, although obviously you can actually feel the fat on them… try doing leg raises to the sides, general cardio like running and swimming try drinking heaps of water, chances are it’s just water weight you get rid of that by drinking lots of water so that your body doesnt need to store it because it think there’s plenty of water around and your not in drought sounds weird but it’s true.

I have wide hips, too. once all the fat is gone, they’re still big. it’s genetics and bone structure and you can’t do anything about it :( but people like Beyonce use it to their advantage, maybe you should try :)

If your hips are “…extremly wide…” because of your bone structure, there is nothing that you can do. It is just the way it is.

Well you can always try running… squats are really good for slimming down hips = )x
