What are some breathing techniques and pain relievers for labor?

I am 25 weeks pregnant right now and I was just wondering what some really good breathing techniques and/or pain relieving techniques are to relieve the pain while in labor. This is my first pregnancy and I am getting very nervous.

You don’t even really think about breathing when you’re in labor, the epidural was my bestfriend, I highly suggest you get it the second they offer it, you’ll probably regret it if you don’t.

LOL! Yeah…all that time spent in Lamaze classes…for nothing! LOL! You dont even think about it! Seriously…get an epidural!! Its a miracle!!!

I have had 5 children naturally, 2 were water births at a public hospital. If the bath is available I suggest you use that, its great for relaxing and taking the weight off your body. Dont worry, its totally natural, and as soon as your beautiful baby comes out and you are holding it in your arms, the pain is a mere memory, a fleeting moment in time.
