so breads and potatoes and other filling foods contain carbs.

"naomijessicalove" is on the target... but only half way. She listed the carbs that most peole would label as "good carbs"... the ones that give you quick energy. Sugar is also a carbohydrate... it is not bad in moderation but if you eat too much sugar and don't burn it off right away, it will turn into fat.
