What am I to do? I can't bear to see my mother?

I’ve missed about 20 days of school, faliling all my classes because I’ve been in and out of Facilities and dealing with suicidal thoughts blah blah.

Today I had a panic attack in the morning and I told my mother I didn’t want to go to school.

She became upset and was the most violent she had been since I slapped her at the age of 2.

Now the idea of seeing her makes me sick, how can I avoid her if I live with her?

So far so good, I’ve slept all day, but I am going to have to see her eventually, and right now I don’t know why, but I can’t talk. My mother hates that and I get in trouble, so help?

Answer #1

Oh dear… Umm… There really is no way to avoid her completely… Try calming down a bit, and then perhaps explaining to her why you feel a certain way, or ask her to see things from your point of view. Communication is definitely key to any relationship. Or if you still can’t talk, then write it out. I hope you feel better, and best of luck! =]
