Is it weird being a girl and wanting to fix a car up of my own with my dad?

I don’t think it is weird at all. In fact I think it is an absolutely great idea, ….. . ….. both to strengthen the parent-child bonding, and to give you useful life skills that are not common among girls.

There is no reason whatsoever why a girl should be considered unusual if she is interested in mechanical things.

I hope the days are long gone when people think only boys should be mechanics, and girls should be nurses or secretaries.

No, its weird that people would think its weird. Its a geeat way to spend time with your dad, your learning something new, and your showing girls can do what guys can as well.

i think it’s okay =) it’s part of who you are!! being a girl doesn’t always have to be GIRLY , you can just be yourself and still be a girl ;) and remember, do what YOU want NOT what people want you to do as a “girl” in the end it’s your life :)
