Getting a Car do you need to insure body kit?

Okay so I was talking to day with my dad about getting this Car because im getting one for my 16th, so I cna do it up.. I want a Vauxhall corsa Opel 1996. and I’ve told my dad that, and ii was showing him this body kit that im gonna buy for the car onces I’ve got it and he was like. well whos gonna pay the insurance for the body kit?.. I didn tno you had to pay insureance for the body kit aswell and for the Car its self :S.. So do you have to pay insureance if you have a body kit on a car??

Hi,

From what I understand, with some insurance carriers, the insurance will go up after putting a body kit on a car. The only way to know is to call your insurance company and ask.

I don’t think you have to pay extra for body kit on a car. I too have it in my car and my insurance company has not charged me extra for the same. I bought my insurance from http://funadvice.com/r/15kvct8k6kt. You can try them as well.
