Weight watchers?

Im a recovering anorexic.kinda.I just started eating again yesterday with the help of my boyfriend, hes been great. He calls and asks what I’ve eaten today and we plan meals for the next. But anyways, does weightwatchers actually work? I really dont need to lose weight, but I want to. Im 17 and 5’3 and I weigh 125. Any advice on staying thin without an eating disorder?

weight watcher’s not only helps you lose weight, it helps you eat healthy.. and tell’s you what you need to eat. they have a lot of support- my mom is little and goes to get tips on healthy meals and stuff.

Yes,weight watchers actually works. My mom is on it,she usually loses between 3 and 5 pounds a week. Its great,I think I may actually start it.

if you still want to losse weight its possible that you havent quiet fully recovered from this illness yet maybe you could try learning to stay the weight you are
