Im doing Weight Watchers and 100 crunches a night. I'm try to do cardio as much as possible when I can. But if I do these two things how long do you think it will take to see results in my stomach area? Like flatter and losing inches?
It varies from person to person. It's more important that you actually keep at it, even if the results aren't as drastic as you hope they will be. Just set maintainable goals, still have a few treats once in a while, and make sure it's a lifestyle change that you at least enjoy a little.
Oh and I am asking this because I have hit the stopping point in my diet- I cant lose any more weight
