please help me.I need to loose inches off my hips+thighs+stomach.please
im 14.well almost 15.and im like I think 154 pounds and my hips+thighs are huge.they poke out.like my legs are kinda skinny but my thighs are like really big and also my stomach does have like that curve that people have so I look like a lolipop.I used to be better looking.my body was well porportioned.almost hour glass.how can I lost inches off of my hips,thighs,stomach-without using pills or a work out center.because I cant afford to go. please help I hate going shopping and trying on pants and I look in the mirror and I just hate what I see.

Drink more water, work out 3 or 4 times a week, never skip a meal because your body will store the food if its real hungry, eat healthier. It’s easy and cheap. Hope it works for you. Good luck!
Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day. About 7-8 full glasses. Instead of using sugar on things like on cereal or in tea/coffee - use sweetener. Like noreeng said - don’t skip any meals! If you feel peckish between meals eat some fruit, low fat yoghurts or make a small sandwich (use brown bread instead of white). If you just make small changes in what your eating it will make a big difference. Also, I suggest maybe going swimming - it’s probably the best kind of exercise since it works your whole body - especially your legs and arms! And it’s a lot more fun than going to the gym. Walk for about 1-2 hours everyday, maybe go for a jog. Dancing is a really good way to lose weight aswell and like swimming it’s a lot of fun. Bike riding, cleaning around the house, taking a pet for a walk etc are all good ways to stay active :)
