How can I tell my mom to back off of the weight subject?

ok so at least once a month, my mom tells me that I should loose weight. whenever we go shopping or I eat junk food is usually when she tells me it. whenever she does that it makes me cry and she know I am insecure about my weight. I hate it sooo much when she does it too. I am 5’5 and 174 pounds, I know I am a little overweight, but the doc. told me that that is normal for my age which is 14 years old. she tells me its no fun being fat, but still I know, I don’t need to be reminded every freakin month!!! how do I tell her to please just back off of the weight subject!

well first let me say this dont show a sign of weakness(crying)when she brings up your weight.just talk to her in a serious manner and let her know how you feel.try your best not to let people get to you especially family, cause they can be the most critical at times you fell you need them.all I can say is be strong and dont let a little issue like this get you worked up because you’ll lose the weight eventually.just stick to the advice your doctir gives you and you’ll be fine.

Talk to her in a sirious conversation, let her know how you feel her always touching the weight subject. I think she’s just woring about you but still she should give you your space. Let her know that probobly if she just left it alone you would do it on your own, that you need your own time to think and do what you want.

GOOD LUCK!:)
