BADLY. my friends are scared for me, and I am for the first time scared of what I’m doing too. how do I tell my mom what I’m doing and that I need to go back home?

Answer #1

TELL your mom!!! it will only get worse. tell her that you are upset and that you need help or tell your grandma if you have to. CALL KIDS HELP PHONE TOO!!! -1-800-668-6868

Answer #2

well for example if you cut your wrist them expose your wrist casually in front of har and then if she asks what it is then burst into tears and tell her all of your problems thats what I would do

Answer #3

Catch your mom when she’s in a good mood and just expose where you cut yourself so she can help you with your problems. Eventually, you’re going to have to tell her. Don’t be afraid to tell her, I’m sure she’ll understand as long as you show her where you cut yourself. At first, she’ll want to know what it is, then just let all your emotions out to her and tell the reasoning for cutting. I wish you luck and I hope you tell your mom or else, if you don’t, the depression will get worse. Try not to cut yourself and just think, if you tell your mom, you’ll feel allot better.

Answer #4

you need to tell her by acting that your concered that your doing it and you really need her support to her you quit the habit I had to do that to I used to cut

Answer #5

Make sure she knows that it’s something you want to stop and that you are telling her because you trust her and you want her to know so she can help you. The last thing you want is a big fight which will make you feel more depressed.
