How to lose leg weight

I’m 13 and I’m 5’3, 5’4ish. and I weigh around 105 and I have a lot of weight on my legs can anybody please tell me how to lose some (most) of my leg weight. Please!

dont exercise too much because this makes your mussels bigger and makes you look bigger. Do exercise but a little like twice a week, 20 minutes each.

Drink a lot of water, not more than 2 liter a day. Have a healthy dyet, eat like a lot of vegetables when you are hungry… like carrots with lime and chilly :9 eat chilly, it makes you lose weight :D hahah really. Smoke, you can smoke, it takes hunger out haha and always look at the labels of the food, if it has fat stuff in it or more than 300 calories dont eat it. Please dont become anorexic, trust me its horrible… a nightmare, but do all this stuff only for a short periode of time.

A very helpfull thing… go to a nutriology, a especialist of this… so it makes a diet special for you.

Good luck good luck, always make it a fun thing.. not an obsesion. Men looove chuby woman, I love them too haha they look better than skinny and sexier.

Your weight is average for your age and height.

If you want to try to tone your legs, I’d suggest running or biking as the exercise of choice. Also drink lots of water to keep your body flushed.
