it depends on your diet or excesises you might be doing. if you r doing lots of crunches it will mostly effect your stomach and abdomen areas but if you are running or somthing it will help your legs. try doing more excersises for your legs. but I don’t know why you might not be losing weight it may be because it takes longer to lose weight in your legs than stomach. but everybodies body is different!

your not doing the right workout. there are curtain workouts for your legs and your stomache and differnt things?
