How can I lose weight around my stomach and legs?

I want to lose weight or..fat around my stomach and thighs,im not a fan of exercise…any ideas? please help

A nice brisk walk a few days a week, isometrics(tightening your muscels) abs, buttocks, and thighs. That always works if you stick with it.

u cud try dieting? like eat less junk and more health foods. but I thik excersiseing will be better… maybe join a sports team or something I hope you get to your goal =] love, katie

If you don’t like sports or working out thats fine you can still lose the weight. Try cutting the bad carbs in your diet. Also instead of taking the bus or driving short distances just walk. Walking is the best way to lose weight. Also when your sitting watching Tv or in class push your stomach in and tigthen your abs then retract you can also do they same with your butt muscles. This can help tone flabby stomachs and butts. There are tons of little that you can do to lose weight good luck!
