How can I lose stomach and leg weight?

helloo!! mm… I need a diet fast cause I am going to the beach and I need to look hotter ! , of my legs and stomach .. please send me some !!

Just eat healthy, drink lots of water (8 oz eight times per day including a glass before each meal or snack) and develop an exercise program.

There is no ‘fast’ diet - diets take time and effort, it’s not something you can expect results with right away. If you’re overweight I don’t understand why you’d wait till the last minute like this to tone things up. Just go to the beach with confidence, that’s all you need, have fun.
