How can I not wear a bra, but keep my nipples from showing through my shirt?

The ladies here at the dive shop handle this 2 ways:

-Wear a tank top with a shirt tied at the waist.

-Wear a scarf around their neck with the tails of the scarf covering the breasts.

Pick the lose shirt, not to small in size. A bi impossible if your shirt is tight. If you insist, the you can put a kind of bandage usually used for small cut.

Natalia (reading this with me and here at the dive shop from Argentina) says “Tie a big bandana around your neck and it will cover your nipples”

One of the easiest ways to get away with not wearing a bra is to wear pasties. They are sold at most good department stores.

does it have like alot of padding in it?

I’m not sure exactly what they’re called but they’re called like nipple petals. They’re just like small patches or thin silicon pads that you wear so you don’t have that problem. I’m sure googling nipple petals will give you all kinds of options. haha
