Yes, they can. That’s what sports bras are for. So girls can go naked without “going naked”. Lol and of course to workout.. If sports bras were illegal, bikinis, and speedos should be illegal too.

I don’t have a problem with it. Now if she went to a swank restaurant it might be out of place but otherwise if it is comfortable go for it. I don’t mind seeing attractive women going about their business in sports bras and yoga pants.

Well, contrary tothe answers saying ‘guys can walk shirtless, why can’t women?’ I can understand why since female breasts are considered genitalia and considered sexual objects. But I see nothing wrong with sports bra, and I’m quite sure there are few places with laws against it.
