What is the point of wearing a bra?

To hold em’ up and squish em’ in.

Girls wear bras just to get the feeling of being covered, and of course, like many girls out there, they want to enhance the shape of their breasts. Yes, bras enhance the shape of breasts, and it gives a more defined look when wearing shirts. It gives girls confidence, because they feel pretty and attractive. While it is not really a guarantee that bras really protect the breasts from sagging, a lot of girls still believe this. They also want to protect their budding breasts from being exposed to boys. You know, between the ages of 10 and 12 some boys are slightly mean, and are natural teasers. They don’t realize the privacy of these issues, and they sometimes tease girls for having breasts poking from their shirts. To relieve themselves from the embarrassment, girls just simply wear bras – end of story. Girls just like having nice things around them, and the assorted bra colors and designs are just too attractive for them to ignore. LOL i agree with her…but I dont really know tho me personally I hate them, guess the only reason i wear one is because growing up my mom told me I had too…I only wear an A tho so now I still sometimes sneak around without one and hope like hell is doesn’t rain…LOL

The point is so that you don’t look all pointy and if you are older like you are droopy. Good underwear gives a woman confidence.

There isn’t really a point. It kinda helps if your “girls” are bigger, and supports them, and keeps back-pain away, and it keeps them from getting saggy as you age.

I personally find it extremely uncomfotable to not wear a bra - it makes exercise very painful for one thing. I also like the look of them. And there is no evidence of an association between bra wearing and breast cancer. The idea that there is a link came from a flawed scientific study, and the prosposed mechanism of how this increase cancer risk occurs doesnt actually work with the way cancer develops. If you dont want to wear a bra, good for you. I quite like mine.

to keep your nipples from showing, but some pple like that, victorias secret has this nude colored bra with this bump on it to make it look like nipples through ur shirt LOL i nearly p!ssed myself laughing when i saw it. (off topic) bras are also used so keep u boobs from sagging to ur belly button

True Samantha but they are now being linked to breast cancer. Fashion over health? Perhaps but i’d imagine that there are few women (in general) who would feel comfortable without one. From my own point of view i wouldn’t care either way if my friend/wife/mother/sister/girlfriend etc went with or without but i’d imagine most guys would prefer women to have firmer breasts for longer. Does this make any sense??

If your breasts are on the large side it can be uncomfortable to not have any sort of support, especially if you’re moving about or exercising. Again if they’re on the large side, it simply looks better.

so the nipple dosent show, and your girlz arent hangin…. bug me though..
