Way too skinny and weak

Okay I looked at all of evreyone posting and yes we all do need help. I’m 19 and 5”11 and 100lbs and even on facebook. And been this way since I was 14 years old dietrican can it work. I Love my body so everyone should love their own body if skinny or fat. Whipping cream doesn’t work for me or ensure or boost; like I believe its just natural for me to be skinny cause I was borned in the ukraine with an skinny biological family but then raised in canada. Advice: don’t eat fast foods every day and every meal only before bed. What can I do if my muscles get weak and sore and then few hours later red bumps appear on the muslces( not mosquito bites or zits) please help.

It may be natural for a person to be skinny (I had a friend who was very skinny all her life, she’s probably still like 90 pounds), but a bmi of 13 is not normal skinny… the WHO categorizes people who are at a bmi of 15 to be at starvation… 13 and you’re going to be really sick… I suggest you consult a doctor to find out what is going on…

eat more protien. work out. if you want to get bigger do high weight low reps(7-8). if you want to get toner do lower weight high reps(12-15). if you want in between do a weight thats not too heavy or too light and do 10 reps.
