Well really all it does is fill up your stomach (if you drink a lot of it) so supposedly you won’t feel hungry…thats how it would help you LOSE weight. But water is more important in other things like cleaning out wastes and for cellular repair - which is why its good for toning…when you lift weights/use your muscles a lot, the small muscle fibers break and new/larger and stronger muscle fibers grow back. All cells need water to grow so I guess thats why its important for toning.

If you want to loose weight, eat a lot of ice.

It helps cravings, and helps so you wont eat a lot.
