Water can help you to immulsify fat so that you will be more likely to burn it off. All physical training regimens will recommend that you drink extra water. If you are inquiring about water because you want to drop weight, I would recommend that you not only drink extra water, follow some sort of exercise routine, and be more conscious of what you eat. When attempting to lose weight, it is important that you remember that it takes time and hard work. Anything worth while takes hard work. Come up with a plan and stick to it. Do some exercise, eat more health consciously, and drink water. Do not stop eating. It puts your body into starvation mode and, when in this mode, your body first takes nutrients from your muscles and then it goes after fat. For the short term, some type of aerobic work to raise your heartrate several times per week, eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, and eating smaller and more frequent meals will work wonders. drinking lots of water is good for you, apparantly 8 glasses a day is what we should drink, and sometimes if you feel hungry during the day and you have a glass of water, your not hungry anymore because your body was actually dehydtrated not actually hungry, but if your still hungry then you need some food, or so I’ve been told anyway. it is good for you though I know that much!
