wanting a baby

my friend is trying hard to have a baby, she has been trying for over a year now, shes 22 and has never been on the pill, is there any advicee I can give her to help her concive?

Answer #1

I am 33 and I am finally expecting my first child. I suggest her talking to her doctor. It took me some time and my doc said she would not be concerned unless we have been trying for over a year. I also used Fertitly sticks. You can get them at any drug store. You pee on them when you think you are ovulating and it will let you know. I thought I knew my body but I started paying attention to the amount of days in between periods, Cycle. To better understand when I would ovulate. I was off by a couple of days, and that is a lot for a women my age. The window is very small and well I finally got it right. Aside from all of this, make sure she is ready and in a comitteed relationship and the man is on the same page as her. I would never suggest any women going through this alone unpurpose. It take a team. And I truly believe it will happen when it is supposed to. I know it did for me.
