Which one do you do first - wake up or open your eyes?

Wake up. You open your eyes when your conscious again. Then you continue the waking up process like yawning, stretching, etc again.

If I’m woken by something weird and unexpected then it’s open my eyes, and to wake up from a dream I want to get out of I blink really fast - I don’t know why, it’s just always worked, lol. But waking up normally then it’s wake up. So it depends on the circumstances…

It can be either: . Some people are occasionally found asleep with their eyes open. Some people sleep-walk with their eyes open. . However, after sleeping, the majority of people gradually become consciously aware of stimulii such as sound, temperature, need to go to the toilet, etc. before deliberately deciding to open their eyes. . I am to the best of my knowledge one of the majority who wakes up before I open my eyes, however, if I were to be asleep with my eyes open I would not be consciously aware of that fact, and I would have no way of independently knowing that I had opened my eyes before I woke up. .

I wake up and toss around because I want to keep sleeping then open my eyes. You would be surprise how 5 mins can change how I feel the entire day. :)

I wake up first, if I open my eyes first, they burn!

here’s what i do: alarm goes off i cry complain it’s not friday roll over go back to sleep, and then mym mm calls me and i open my eyes and drag myself out of bed :(
