Do people have to train themselves to sleep with their eyes open?

Some people I know can do it, like my mum’s friend. It’s really freaky when you walk into a room and see one eye staring at you… Sorry, random question.

Pretty sure you cant cause your eye would get all dry and nasty. Like trying holding you eyes open for as long as you can and youll see what I mean.

if your in math class you are already doing it!! congratulations you have probably already been doing it!! dont forget to pass your class or you wont graduate… that would be like having your friends making you eat crap with 10 generations of bugs mixed in!! you dont want to eat it! and the math is probably worse!

My brother dos that.When he is sound alsleep his eyes will be open-weird!

My son sleeps with his eyes open on a regular basis, and it’s not because he wants to. He can close his eyes, so it’s not for lack of ability. It just happens and he’s not aware of it except when someone tells him later when he’s awake. I’m concerned his eyes will be affected.
