Why does David Bowie have one pupil bigger than the other was he born with it?

i was watching the video for “life on mars” and noticed his one pupil is clearly bigger than the other.is his eyes naturally like this? I know his eyes are blue but apparently appear to be different colours because of his pupils :S

One of his eyes is actually a glass eye. So no, his eyes aren’t naturally like that.
